Backup and migrate your scheduled posts and account configurations

Premium feature: Export your entire schedule and account setup as JSON for backup, migration, or team collaboration. Import schedules to quickly replicate content across accounts or restore from backups.

How to Use

  1. 1Navigate to Settings > Data section
  2. 2Show "Export schedule" button
  3. 3Click "Export schedule"
  4. 4Show file save dialog with suggested filename "statuz-schedule-2025-01-15.json"
  5. 5Save the file to desktop
  6. 6Open the JSON file in a text editor to show the structure
  7. 7Click "Import schedule" button
  8. 8Show file picker dialog
  9. 9Select a previously exported JSON file
  10. 10Show import progress and success message
  11. 11Open calendar to show imported posts appearing
  12. 12Demonstrate the same flow for "Export accounts" and "Import accounts"
  13. 13Show confirmation dialog for destructive operations
